Kris Clark
With over 23 years of post-graduate experience, Kris is one of the most well-known structural engineers in the Northwest. A Chartered member of both the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE) and the Institution of Structural Engineers (IStructE), Kris has unparalleled expertise in complex structural design, including work on over 15 projects classified as Higher Risk Buildings (HRBs) and a strong track record of leading large teams of engineers.

Paul Graveney
Paul leads the Civil Engineering design for KODA from our Manchester office, bringing over 27 years of invaluable experience. He is deeply involved in the detailed design of all Civil Engineering elements across a diverse range of projects, with notable expertise in the residential housing, education, and commercial sectors. Paul's meticulous approach ensures KODA is able to deliver high-quality, robust and efficient site solutions consistently.

Gareth Ormes
Gareth leads the crucial BIM (Building Information Modelling) delivery for all KODA projects, ensuring the highest quality of coordinated drawn information is produced. With over 20 years of experience, Gareth has a wealth of expertise working on steel and concrete structures of all scales, consistently driving efficiency and accuracy through advanced digital workflows. He is passionate about leveraging BIM to its full potential, delivering predictable and successful project outcomes for our clients.
